Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital ebooks purchased from Sovereign Wealth. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please read this before you buy.

1. Digital products & the right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right does not apply once delivery has begun, provided you have given prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. At checkout you consent to immediate access to your download and acknowledge that you thereby waive the 14-day withdrawal right.

2. Our goodwill guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a product isn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll review your request for a refund in good faith. We generally grant refunds for genuine issues such as:

• the file is corrupted, unreadable, or won't download and we can't resolve it;
• you were charged incorrectly or in error;
• the product was materially not as described.

3. How refunds are handled

Our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, processes payments and refunds. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Lemon Squeezy also operates its own buyer refund terms.

4. How to request a refund

Email power@sovereignwealthdaily.com with your order/receipt number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
